My First Ever Give Away!!!

First I would like to disclose that Progresso provided me with the free product, information, and prize pack through MyBlogSpark™ .  There are four new, great tasting Progresso soups that have 28% of the recommended Daily Value of fiber per serving (7 grams) and have no added MSG* or artificial flavors. The new varieties include Chicken Tuscany, Creamy Tomato Basil, Hearty Vegetable and Noodles and Homestyle Minestrone.

I was sent the Chicken Tuscany so I could try it out.    The soup was delicious, with chicken, great northern beans, spinach, zucchini, celery, tomatos, onions, and other ingredients.  The soup is seasoned just right and I loved the conistency of the broth.  Very filling.  Truly an easy, and satisfying way to include fiber in your diet.

I also received the branded bowls and spoons shown above.  My children and I absolutely love these ceramic bowls!  They are just the perfect size to fit a whole can of soup comfortably, and are microwave and dishwasher safe.

And, I am giving away a prize pack that includes 2 branded bowls, 2 branded spoons and 1 can of Progresso High Fiber Chicken Tuscany soup!!  All you need to do to enter is to leave a comment below telling us how you try to incorporate more fiber into your diet.  One winner will be chosen randomly – contest ends on December 20th.

The easiest way, that I have found, to make sure my kids are getting enough fiber is an assortment of high fiber fruits. They all love them, and some of their favorites are very high in fiber. Apples, bananas, blueberries and strawberries are the norm around here, and are eaten daily.

I try to incorporate more fiber into my diet by eating Fiber One Yogurt!! :)

I always try to add high fiber fruits (like raspberries) to our morning smoothies, I replace rice with quinoa or barley when I can and try to add black beans to salads.

I try to eat whole grain breads and cereals or many cereals now have added fiber. I also have been eating more fresh fruits. We even do more fiber for my daughter who is tube fed with a formula that has added fiber.

I try to incorporate more fiber through whole grains. I watch my labels carefully and try and choose things that have higher fiber content.

I try to eat enough fruit, vegetables and legumes. I also eat shredded wheat for breakfast.

I buy things high in fiber content. I read labels quite a bit.
